My love affair with neon still continues. If you had asked me a year ago if Id ever wear the color Id have said only if I were directing traffic! My latest search are for a cute pair of neon strappy heels for summer. I was so excited for the Prabal Gurung for Target ones here but like all things great they quickly sold out online and our little Knoxville store never got them. Knoxville friends keep your eyes pealed for me!
